Description

The Multi-Vortex V-32 tube vortexer is an economically-priced option that is ideal for applications such as vortexing of bacteria and yeast cultures or for DNA/RNA purification. 

The V-32 has a 2 mm orbit and a speed range from 500 rpm - 300 rpm. The instrument can operate in impulse or continuous mode and for up to 24 hours in continuous mode. 

The Multi-Vortex can vortex up to 32 tubes at a time consisting of 8 x 0.2 mL, 8 x 0.5 mL, 16 x 1.5 mL or 16 x 2.0 mL microcentrifuge tubes with the PV-32 platform (shown below).

The V-32  can also vortex 0.2 mL tube strips or up to 48 x 0.2 mL microcentrifuge tubes with the optional PV-48 platform. Individual tubes up to 50 mL can be vortexed with the PL-1 platform and up to 6 x 10 mL tubes (maximum diameter of 15 mm) with the optional PV-6/10 platform (please see optional accessories).

Included in the purchase of the Multi-Vortex V-32 are the PV-32 platform for 8 x 0.2 mL, 8 x 0.5 mL, 16 x 1.5 mL or 16 x 2.0 mL microcentrifuge tubes and the PL-1 platform for mixing single tubes with volumes up to 50 mL.
