Product Description
The MicroDigital nPro is an advanced UV/VIS nano spectrophotometer with full spectrum analysis. Sample volumes down to 1 µL can be analysed over a 190 nm - 1000 nm wavelength range. The nPro features an Android-based 250 mm touchscreen control for instrument control and data acquisition within a 2-5 second measurement time.
The nPro includes automatic sample door detection, precise cuvette temperature control, and smart Xenon lamp auto-control.

Key applications for the nPro include:
- Nucleic acids: dsDNA, ssDNA, RNA, oligoDNA and custom factors for concentration and purity workflows
- Cuvette and OD600: Cuvette workflows, OD600 and spectral analysis with temperature-ready cuvette measurements
- Proteins: Direct UV and protein assay workflows for BSA, IgG and custom protein factors
- Spectral analysis: Full-spectrum absorbance analysis for method development and sample investigation.
- Kinetic analysis: Track time-dependent absorbance changes for reaction monitoring, enzyme activity, and other cuvette-based kinetic measurements
