The JS1000 JuLI Stage imaging system provides unparalleled capability for real-time live cell imaging. Key applications for the JS1000 include:

The JS1000 allows images to be recorded and analysed in real-time and features multi-channel fluorescence imaging (GFP, RFP, DAPI) as well as Brightfield. The JuLI Stage includes a fully automated, and highly accurate, X-Y-Z stage that can hold multiple sizes of cell culture plates (6-well to 384-well), slides, Petri dishes, and flasks using a range of vessel holders (please see below).

JuLI STAGE CONTROL, ACQUISITION and ANALYSIS SOFTWARE
The JuLI STAGE live cell imaging system software features an extensive range of acquistion and analysis functions. These include:
Cell History Recorder:
- Fully automatic time-lapse imaging function
- Observe cells in real-time and record a cell history from start-to-finish
- Revert to the desired time point
Multi-position Imaging:
- Take any number of images from any positions of a well
Stitching Function:
- Allows the acquisition of images to generate a whole cell
Focus Options:
- Acquire high quality images using the Z-stack focus option
Image Edit:
- Import, verify and re-edit project data taken from the JuLI™ Stage
