Description

The Multi Bio RS-24 is a highly flexible and programmable rotator that offers capability for vertical rotation, reciprocal rotation and vibration (vortexing) of tubes up to 50 mL in volume.

The operating range for the Multi Bio RS-24 is from +4°C to +40°C which makes it suitable for cold rooms and incubators and the low voltage external power supply (12 VDC) provides electrical safety in humid environments.

Variable speeds for vertical and reciprocal rotation and timers on all three functionalities provides the ability to use the Multi Bio RS-24 for multiple laboratory applications. All instrument functions are monitored and controlled through an LED display and touch panel.

A number of interchangeable platforms are available that allow sample mixing in a wide range of tube sizes and volumes. The PRS platforms are equipped with rubber clamps and the PRSC platforms are fitted with metal clamps for holding heavier samples. The PRS-26 platform (shown below) is included with the purchase of the Multi Bio RS-24.
