Description

The Langen BioMed® microplate heat sealer is specifically designed for laboratories and the IVD industry. It utilizes precise heat-sealing technology to achieve efficient sealing of microplates to prevent sample evaporation and cross-contamination while ensuring sample integrity during storage and transportation. It is ideal for a variety of applications such as PCR/qPCR, compound storage, and low-temperature transport.

The L200Pro uses a colour touch screen interface for intuitive operation and features a heating range from 125°C - 200°C (adjustable in 1°C increments) and a timer range from 1 - 9 seconds (adjustable in 0.1 second increments). The sealer offers excellent stability and reliability with simple operation and low maintenance. The one-step sealing process leaves no residue and the uniform heating plate pressure ensures consistent sealing.

Safety features include overvoltage detection and protection, and real-time feedback during abnormal pressure conditions. Integrated into the L200Pro are dual alerts via visual indicators (LED status lights) and an integrated audible alarm (buzzer).

The L200Pro is compatible with internationally standard consumables and complies with CE/UKCA/FCC certification requirements.
