The compact and versatile Mini-300 from Major Science offers researchers up to 300V and up to 400mA of output and can be used in constant voltage or constant current operating modes. Voltage and current can be adjusted in 1V or 1mA increments, respectively, and this unit is ideal for vertical polyacrylamide or horizontal agarose gel electrophoresis. Continuous or timed operation can be easily set up using the intuitive LED interface.
The Mini-300 features two electrode pairs which allows two gels to be run simultaneously to save time and valuable bench space. The unit features a timer with alarm function and a number of features to increase operator safety.
