Product Description
The BNP48 is an advanced nucleic acid extraction system that uses established and reliable magnetic bead technology to extract nucleic acids from up to 48 samples per run. The instrument is fully automated (needs no external computer control) and is operated through an 180 mm intuitive and fast response touch screen.
The unit has a sample volume from 20 µL - 500 µL and processing volume from 60 µL - 1000 µL and extraction times can be set from 8 min - 60 min depending upon the reagents used.
The unit features a safety door which stops the protocol if it is opened mid-run. The protocol will restart when the door is closed. The unit also features a UV disinfection function that can be set from 1 minute to 24 hours.
