PMP-250 | Magnetisable Dextran-based nanoparticles, no surface modification, 250 nm diameter








Description

These 250 nm diameter paramagnetic particles consist of magnetite in a matrix of Dextran (40000 Daltons). The magnetite content varies between particles and is dependent upon the particle diameter and the surface modification.

A high gradient magnetic field device is needed to separate this size of particle as they can't be separated with a conventional permanent magnet.
